Free Returns & Exchanges Within 30 Days

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason—whether it’s a change of mind, product not meeting expectations, or receiving the wrong item—you can return or exchange it at no additional restocking fee.

Products must be returned in unused, original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging included. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund or send out the replacement item as requested.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product on arrival), we will cover the entire return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or reasons not caused by hyosame, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for any returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

If your return was due to a product defect or shipping issue, we’ll also refund any associated shipping costs you may have incurred.

Important Notes

Items returned after 30 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be in sellable condition. Used, damaged (due to customer misuse), or altered items may not be accepted.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
